Here's my guess, for what it's worth. "Ausübungstranche" doesn't seem to be commonly used in German (I only found the two examples below), and the only example of "exercise tranche" I could find was in a document apparently translated from German (also see below). I think the word "tranche" by itself covers what you want to say here.

Die bis zum Ende der letzten Ausübungstranche nicht ausgeübten Bezugsrechte verfallen.

Es kann vorgesehen werden, daß die Bezugsrechte in den Ausübungsphasen nicht vollständig, sondern nur bis zu bestimmten Höchstbeträgen ausgenutzt werden dürfen ( Ausübungstranchen").

To the extent that no integral number of Options is calculated in the individual exercise tranches, fractions will be rounded up.

agree  Hans-Henning Judek: Yes, seems to have become "Germlish". Is used for all kinds of installment apyments in financing. Saw also several times "traunches", but am not sure if that spelling is right
