  -> Из теории управления проектами, а также личного опыта. Если речь не идет о конкретных поставках, то "supply" - именно обеспечение. Кстати, в категорию "suppliers" входят и переводчики, участвующие в обеспечении проекта.

Господа! почему вы упускаете из виду слово "цепочка". Возможно это важно в данном случае. Даже не возможно, а вероятнее всего важно! Если бы было не важно, тогда и писали бы просто Supply.Да и вообще..., написано supply chain, так и надо пререводить - "цепочки поставки". Выражение вполне устоявшееся.

neutral  Vladimir Filipenko: Да, в своем ответе я по недосмотру пропустил слово "цепочка", а это важно. Т.е. должно быть "...цепочки процессов...". Относительно же трактовки supply как поставки в данном контексте - см. выше.
