Seeker se traduirait par 'chercheur' ce qui n'est guère élégant, surtout dans un jeu vidéo. Mais 'personne en quête de' me paraît un peu long.
Pourquoi pas 'questeur'? C'est un peu tarabiscoté mais ce terme convient aux personnages de jeux vidéo.
Sinon, tout simplement, 'friand de sensations fortes', 'amateur de sensations fortes', ou encore, pour regrouper le tout 'aventurier'.
