Explanation:
I've asked our university's Dean of Education, and it's probably a course in a Social Sciences department, and almost certainly a Sociology of Education course. PBD might be the designation of a type of degree program (Post-Baccalaureate Diploma???), and ADAP might be "adapted" but we're not sure what it would mean. He's going to ask around, and I'll also ask our Registrar if you don't get a clearer answer fairly promptly - I'll post again if we turn up more information.
