Por favor, no llame más. Esa persona no vive aquí. Ud. se equivocó de número.

Explanation:
Or, instead of the last sentence:

Ud. tiene el número equivocado.

Since you don't know the caller, I used Ud., which is formal...

Le agradecería no llamar más a este número, pues la persona que usted busca ...

Explanation:
no vive aquí. Creo que usted tiene el número de teléfono equivocado.

Just another option for asking the caller, politely, to stop calling.

stop calling. he does not live here. you have the wrong number.
discúlpeme pero tiene el número equivocado. esa persona no vive aquí

Explanation:
You don't want to be rude but you want to let them know they have the wrong number
SO excuse yourself and you tell them they have the wrong number and let them know that this particular person does not live here
Before I got married and lived with my mother, We kept getting calls for pizza orders and I don't know how many times I told them they had the wrong number

Good luck!

El no vive aquí. Usted ha marcado un número equivocado. Por favor deje de llamar.

Explanation:
I just think it makes more sense in this order:

He does not live here
you have the wrong number
Please stop calling

Presumably as soon as they ask for Mr. so and so you can tell them "He does not live here" (in Spanish) followed by the rest of it and they should get the message. Good luck!

Consider also that maybe they didn't dial a wrong number--maybe the number is obsolete. However, in this case telling them that "he does not live here", should get the point across, regardless of whether or not they are dialing wrong.

The translation I gave above is for \"you DIALED a wrong number\" (ha marcado un número equivocado)

\"you HAVE the wrong number\" would be \"usted TIENE el número equivocado\".

I remember my father used to say \"esta usted equivocado\" (or \"equivocada\" if it\'s a woman) on the phone when people called the wrong number. A literal translation into English is \"you are wrong\"!! however it means you have the wrong number, so that may be another (shorter) option.

sorry, a better translation for \"está equivocado\" is \"you are mistaken\".

stop calling. he does not live here. you have the wrong number.
Se equivoca de número. Esa persona no vive aquí. Le agradeceré que no vuelva a llamar.

Explanation:
One of many ways to express this...

Se equivoca de número = You have the wrong number
Esa persona no vive aquí = The person (you are trying to reach) does not live here
Le agradeceré que no vuelva a llamar = I will appreciate your not calling again
