I am not sure you have the right words.

Explanation:
But if you remove the "G's" and a few other letters
it could be something like
"unter lieben auch loben" which does not reeeally make sense, but would mean something like
"besides loving give praise".
Like I said there are no such words, so you might want to check the spelling.

Among loved ones, laugh and praise

Explanation:
This is just a guess. If you delete the G's at the beginning of each word and you change lauchen to lachen (laugh)you come up with this meaning. As the earlier answerer said, it probably is just gibberish, but maybe not.

Nothing in particular

Explanation:
Here is the "official" answer from the Def Leppard "official" web site:

http://www.defleppard.com/defleppard/faq/index.html#f51

"5.1 - What does "Gunter Glieben Glauten Globen" mean?
Nothing in particular (although the band sometimes jokingly claims it means "running through the forest silently"). It's gibberish said by producer Mutt Lange during the recordings of "Rock Of Ages", instead of the regular one, two, three, four."

neutral  Chad Boutchyard: It's not gibberish, translated it means Gunther loved the Golden globe. Somit DOES mean something. As it pertains to the song? Who cares...it sounds cool
