disagree  Jorge Gonza: Imposible. Halterofilia = levantamiento de pesas = weightlifting; while body building = fisicoculturismo. Weight lifting is not the same as body building. Both will make your muscles bulge, which may account for the confusion, I guess. :)

físicoconstructivismo


Explanation:
The term fisicoculturismo was discontinued several years ago by the Mexican Bodybuilding Federation in favor of F...constructivismo. The idea is that you are building muscle and not just posing in venice Beach style which has its own culture. Halterofilia is weight lifting
