Gelukkige verjaardag


Explanation:
Every year when there is a Dutch contest between Flanders and Holland, the Flemish win. Even in Holland you can find this wish on birthday cards.

It literally means 'Happy Birthday'.

No need for the long sentances.

Gelukkige verjaardag


Explanation:
This is the correct answer. The Flemish speak the correct language, and do not feel the need to add French words to our beautiful language; we master the French language too.

However, we must thank you for 'Frenching up' the Dutch language, as it is a great source of laughter to us.
