limited liability in internal relations Explanation: I agree with Kim's suggestion, but I think that this is all about the liability one has when taking the job of a Prokurist in a company with limited liability. So I would suggest something along these lines: Provisions for a limited liability in internal relations may result from the articles of association/incorporation... The Articles of Association may restrict the internal relationships. Explanation: This is a variation of Kim's theme and sounds, I guess, as "zündend" as legalese can. The "Innnenverhältnis" here refers to issues such as different classes of shares held by shareholders, authorities of the Board of Directors, general meetings, voting rights, voting restrictions.
