1. All Goods that are carried by you, as our sub-contractor, will remain your responsibility, and you will be Bailees of these goods whilst they are in your care, custody or control. The terms and conditions of carriage of those goods entrusted to you as detailed above can fall either under The CMR Convention for the Carriage of Goods by Road Act, The British International Freight Association Conditions 2005 or the Road Haulage Association Conditions 1998.
With immediate effect, unless you are otherwise instructed in writing, all goods carried by you will be carried in accordance with The CMR Convention, and you will be held to be a successive carrier in accordance with that Convention, regardless whether a C.M.R. document is issued or not.
The Subcontractor will re-imburse DFDS Transport Group of Companies in respect of any loss or damage to the goods, howsoever caused whilst in your care, custody and control in Accordance with the above Convention.

1. Kõik teie poolt alltöövõtu korras veetavad kaubad on teie vastutusel ning teid loetakse nende kaupade saajaks niikaua, kuni need on usaldatud teie hoolde, teie järelevalve või kontrolli alla. Eespool kirjeldatud viisil teie hoolde usaldatud kaupade veo sätted ja tingimused on toodud kas rahvusvahelise maanteekaubavedude lepingu konventsioonis (CRM), Briti Rahvusvaheliste Veoste Assotsiatsiooni 2005. a. vastuvõetud tingimustes või Maanteetranspordi Assotsiatsiooni 1998. a. vastuvõetud tingimustes.
Välja arvatud juhul, kui teid kirjalikult instrueeritakse teisiti, toimub kõikide teie poolt veetavate kaupade vedu kooskõlas CMR-konventsiooniga, ning teid peetakse vastavalt sellele konventsioonile suktsessiivseks vedajaks, vaatamata sellele, kas CMR-dokument on välja antud või mitte.
Kooskõlas eespool nimetatud konventsiooniga korvab alltöövõtja DFDS Transprort Group'i ettevõtetele kõik ükskõik millisel viisil tekkinud kaubakaod ja kahjud, mis tekkisid ajal, mil kaup oli usaldatud teie hoolde, teie järelevalve või kontrolli alla.
