1. Si les aéronefs d’une Partie Contractante ont besoin de pièces de rechange, d’équipement, de carburants et de lubrifiants ou d’autres moyens techniques, l’autre Partie Contractante lui rendra son assistance dans la mesure du possible. La prestation de ces services et matériels pourra être compensée par les mêmes moyens ou par voie de paiement suivant les prix établis.
Au cas où l’assistance pareille est impossible, une Partie Contractante autorisera l’ature Partie Contractante, sur sa demande, à introduire sur son territoire une quantité nécessaire des matériels mentionnés ci-dessus.
2. Le carburant, les huiles lubrifiantes, les pièces de rechange, les matériels de publicité aéronautique et d’autres matériels qui sont acheminés ou qui sont à acheminer en cas de nécessité par les aéronefs d’une Partie Contractante sur le territoire de l’autre Partie Contractante exclusivement pour le service de ses aéronefs y compris les véhicules automobiles pour les besoins des représentations des entreprises de transport aériens désignées seront exonérés de tout droits de douane et autres taxes.
3. Les produits alimentaires, les boissons, les tabacs et les souvenirs destinés aux passagers et à l’équipage sont aussi exonérés de tous droits de douane et autres taxes.

1. Если воздушные суда одной из Договаривающихся Сторон будут нуждаться в запасных частях, оборудовании, топливе, смазочных материалах или других технических средствах, другая Договаривающаяся Сторона окажет необходимую посильную помощь. Оказание таких услуг и предоставление материалов может быть компенсировано теми же средствами либо путем оплаты в соответствии с установленными ценами.
В случае, когда такая помощь не представляется возможной, одна Договаривающаяся Сторона по запросу другой Договаривающейся Стороны разрешит ей ввоз необходимого количества вышеупомянутых материалов на свою территорию.
2. Топливо, смазочные масла, запасные части, материалы авиационной рекламы и другие материалы, доставленные либо подлежащие доставке в случае необходимости воздушными судами одной Договаривающейся стороны на территорию другой Договаривающейся Стороны исключительно для обслуживания своих воздушных судов, включая легковой автотранспорт, предназначенный для нужд представительств назначенных авиапредприятий, будут освобождены от таможенных пошлин и иных налогов.
3. Продукты питания, напитки, табачные изделия и сувениры, предназначенные для пассажиров и экипажа, также освобождаются от таможенных пошлин и других налогов.

2. In view of the divorcement and our future living separate and apart, in accordance with the paragraph 3 of the article 65 of the Family Code of the Russian Federation we made an agreement that the place of residence of our son XXX shall be the place of residence of his mother – XXX, who is leaving for the permanent residence for Sweden.
3. The present agreement may be altered or dissolved at any time by the mutual consent of the parts. The alteration or dissolution of the agreement shall be notarized. The unilateral rejection of the execution of the agreement or the unilateral alteration of its terms is prohibited.
4. In case of a material alteration of the financial position of the parts or when the agreement on the alteration or dissolution of the present agreement is unachieved, as well as in case of the breach of its conditions, either of the parts has a right to take it into court for the determination of the child's place of residence.

2. В связи с расторжением брака и дальнейшим нашим раздельным проживанием, в соответствии с п. 3 ст. 65 Семейного кодекса Российской Федерации, мы пришли к соглашению о том, что местом жительства нашего сына XXX будет являться место жительства матери - XXX, которая выезжает на постоянное место жительства в Швецию.
3. Настоящее соглашение может быть изменено или расторгнуто в любое время по взаимному согласию сторон. Изменение или расторжение соглашения производится в нотариальной форме. Односторонний отказ от исполнения соглашения или одностороннее изменение его условий не допускаются.
4. В случае существенного изменения материального положения сторон или при недостижении соглашения об изменении или расторжении настоящего соглашения, а также б случае нарушения его условий, любая из сторон вправе обратиться в суд для разрешения вопроса об определении места жительства ребенка.
