Generally, the MACHINE TRANSLATION is more speedy than the manual translation. Ten times, twenty times more? It doesn't matter for Korean language, because you got a speed, but you will not understand what was translated. Obviously, for some areas it goes well where are simple repeated technical words. You can test it in any kind of expertise, mainly with long Korean sentences: the translated target language makes everyone dizzy.
So, if you just think about deadline with a big volume of translation, you need to forget the machine translation for Korean language. Sometimes, the result would change your future business.
About translation, the first most important factor is QUALITY, not quantity.
Think about it!!
