Die HOBI-SC Seal Cut Units sind Längschweissvorrichtungen für Kunststofffolien, die einen völlig neuen Lösungsweg für das Trennschweissen einschlägt. Bei den bisher am Markt verfügbaren Slit Seal Systemen wird die Folie zuerst getrennt und dann werden die Stirnseiten der Folienlagen miteinander verschweisst, während sie an dem Heizelement entlang laufen. Diese Methode hat folgende Nachteile:
> Es bilden sich Wülste an der Naht, die zu Kantenaufbau beim Aufwickeln führen.
> Mit zunehmender Folienstärke nimmt die Nahtfestigkeit ab, da die Folienlagen während des Schweissvorgangs nicht aufeinander gedrückt werden.
> Wenn die Folie während des Schweissens über ein gewölbtes Leitblech geführt wird, kommt es leicht zur statischen Aufladung der Folie und zur Faltenbildung.
> Bei nicht einwandfreier Planlage der Folie wird die Schweissnahtfestigkeit, ebenfalls gemindert.
> Die Schweisselemente beim Slit Seal Verfahren strahlen sehr viel Hitze ab, die durch Wasserkühlung aufwändig beseitigt werden muss.Beim SEAL-CUT Verfahren ist das Schweisselement in eine Walze eingebaut, die von der Folie im Winkel von 180° umschlungen wird. Da das Heizelement nur minimal über die Walzenoberfläche hinausragt, werden die beiden Folienlagen vorgewärmt und dann miteinander versiegelt., bevor sie kurz vor dem Ende des Schweisselementes komplett getrennt werden. Es hat sich als vorteilhaft erwiesen, bei Laufgeschwindigkeiten ab 200mtr/min, die beiden Folienlagen mit Hilfe von elektrostatischer Aufladung im Nahtbereich aufeinander zu fixieren. Dadurch werden Relativbewegungen und Luftpolster zwischen den Folien vermieden und die Nahtfestigkeit wird höher und gleichmässiger. Das Verfahren erzeugt Nähte mit sehr geringen Wülsten und höchster Festigkeit auch bei sehr hoher Bahngeschwindigkeit oder Foliestärke. Da das Heizelement vorzugsweise aus einem Rund- oder Flachdraht besteht, ist der Energieverbrauch sehr niedrig und die Wärmeabstrahlung so gering, dass keine Kühlung nötig ist. Die Folie wird nur über leichtlaufende Walzen geführt, wodurch statische Aufladung und Faltenbildung auch bei mehrfache Nutzen Bahnspannung gering bleiben. Die Mindestabstand zwischen zwei Schweisselementen beträgt 60mm, die maximale Bahnbreite 2200mm für das Standardgerät, grössere Breiten auf Anfrage.
Lieferumfang:
Grundgestell mit 2 Folienrollen 88mm Durchmesser und Schweisstrommel 180mm Durchmesser. Zur Feineinstellung ist die Schweisstrommel um +/- 25mm axial verstellbar, die Siegelstation ist drehbar ausgeführt, um die Kontaktstrecke zwischen Folie und Schweissdraht an die Bahngeschwindigkeit und Folienstärke anpassen zu können. Temperaturreglung und Trafo sind in einem separaten Schaltschrank untergebracht.

Las HOBI-SC Seal Cut Units son dispositivos de soldadura longitudinal para láminas plásticas, que se han convertido en una solución completamente nueva para sellar con corte. Con los sistemas de “Slit Seal” disponibles en el mercado hasta ahora, primero se separaban las láminas y luego se soldaban las caras frontales de las láminas, mientras pasaban a lo largo del elemento calentador. Este método tiene las siguientes desventajas:
> Se originan protuberancias en la costura, que dan lugar a que aparezcan bordes al enrollar.
> Al crecer la resistencia de la lámina cede la solidez de la costura, ya que las caras frontales de las láminas no son presionadas una sobre la otra durante el procedimiento de sellado.
> Si la lámina es transportada durante la soldadura sobre un deflector encorvado, se presentan con facilidad carga estática en la lámina y formación de pliegues.
> La resistencia de la costura de la soldadura también disminuye si la lámina no queda perfectamente plana,
> El elemento soldador en el procedimiento de Slit Seal emite gran cantidad de calor que debe ser removido pródigamente utilizando enfriamiento por agua. En el procedimiento SEAL-CUT, el elemento de sellado está incorporado en un cilindro, que es sujetado de la lámina en un ángulo de 180°. Dado que el elemento de calentamiento se proyecta sólo un mínimo por encima de la superficie del cilindro, las dos caras frontales de la lámina son precalentadas y así son selladas conjuntamente, antes de que sean separadas completamente un poco antes del final del elemento soldador. Se demostró que era ventajoso, con velocidades de carrera de 200 mtr/min, disponer las dos caras frontales de la lámina una encima de la otra en el área de costura, con la ayuda de carga electrostática. Así se evitan los movimientos relativos y los cojines de aire entre las láminas, y la solidez de la costura se incrementa aun más. El procedimiento también logra costuras con muy pocas protuberancias y gran solidez, aun con elevadas velocidades de pista o resistencia de la lámina. Ya que el elemento de calentamiento consiste preferentemente de alambre redondo o plano, el consumo de energía es muy bajo y la emisión de calor tan pequeña, que no es necesaria refrigeración alguna. La lámina se transporta solamente mediante cilindros de suave recorrido, a través de los cuales la carga estática y la formación de pliegue, así como también la tensión de la pista, siguen siendo bajas, con múltiples beneficios. La distancia mínima entre dos elementos soldadores llega a 60mm, la máxima anchura de huella es de 2200mm para el aparato normal, con anchuras mayores sobre pedido.
Alcance del suministro:
Bastidor básico con 2 rollos de lámina de 88mm de diámetro y tambor de soldadura de 180mm de diámetro. Para propósitos de micro-ajuste, el tambor de soldadura es ajustable axialmente en + / - 25mm. La estación de sellamiento es implementada en modo giratorio, a fin de poder adaptar la distancia de contacto entre la lamina y el hilo de sellado a la velocidad de la pista y a la resistencia de la lámina. La regulación de temperatura y el transformador se alojan en un bastidor de maniobra separado.
