SAFETY REGULATIONS AND HAZARD WARNINGS
Safety regulations
The regulations of the manufacturer and the local authorities, and local safety instructions should be observed in full whenever the machine is being operated or cleaned and during maintenan¬ce and service activities.
Placing in operation
The safety regulations and the operating instructions should be read carefully in full prior to placing the machine in operation.
Operators
Only trained technicians should be permitted to operate the machine.
Temporary employees and trainees should only be permitted to work at the machine under the supervision and instruction of trained personnel.
User manual
Everyone who works at or with the machine should be familiar with the contents of the user manual and should follow its directions accurately.
The management is under obligation to inform the personnel of the contents of the user manual, and is obliged to observe all of the regulations and directions.
Clothing and footwear
When working with the machine, do not wear rings, watches, jewellery or any loose clothing which could become caught in the moving parts.
Always wear protective goggles, and clothing and footwear specially suited for the work.

In France, everyone is entitled to health insurance to cover the cost of medical care. It is preferable to request it before becoming ill. The first step is to request “basic” public health insurance ( p. XX), which can be extended with through mutual or private supplementary insurance, at cost. For people with low income, supplementary insurance is available free-of-charge and is known as supplementary universal medical coverage (CMU-Complémentaire) ( p. XX). Those without a residency permit and low income must apply for Government medical aid ( AME, p. XX).
CMU-Complémentaire and AME, which can be granted quickly if need be, make it possible for individuals to receive care without paying, at the doctor’s office, dentist’s office, hospital, laboratory or pharmacy. Those with neither money nor health insurance can only go to the PASS centres (all-day treatment centres) ( PASS, see p. XX) under the public hospital system for the basic care required in all situations. Lastly, there exist specialised public healthcare services, which are free to everyone ( p. XX). The only requirement is to choose the attending physician ( p. XX) from whom one wishes to receive care. If necessary, interpreters can be called upon ( p. XX).

Vnukovo Airport, the oldest enterprise of the Moscow Airport System, is an integral part of the Russian transportation network. The airport began its history in 1937, acquired civil status in 1956 and became a connecting link between the various regions of Russia.
The new strategy in Vnukovo’s development began in November 2003, when the state-owned package of shares was passed to Moscow Govern-ment. The city authorities developed a modernization concept for the entire airport complex, which will be be completed by 2015.
The strategy to upgrade the airport also involves plans to strengthen Vnukovo’s role in commercial airline operations. While Sheremetyevo and Domodedovo have been successful in building up dense international net-works in the recent years, Vnukovo is still limited to serving Russian and CIS markets. The need for a new strategy led to a cooperation with Lufthansa Consulting. Vnukovo Airport defined several fields for improvement, such as Marketing and Masterplanning.
Finally, Vnukovo Airport and Lufthansa Consulting signed a contract on July 7, 2004 about “Air Service Development”. This service package includes the development of a Market Positioning Strategy, a Traffic Development Con-cept and the establishment of a Marketing Action Plan.
In the frame of the discussions about the Marketing Plan, Brand Develop-ment played an essential role. Therefore Lufthansa Consulting presented an approach for Brand Development for Vnukovo Airport on November 11 and 12, 2004. As a result of these presentations, Lufthansa Consulting is sub-mittting a proposal for “Brand Development for Vnukovo Airport”.
