Article 20 Freedom of peaceful assembly and association, and also the right not to be compelled to belong to an association.
Article 21 Will of the people serves as basis for authority of government through elections.
Article 22 Right to social security, including the economic, social and cultural rights indispensable for his dignity and the free development of his personality.
Article 23 Right to work, and protection from unemployment, as well as right to joint trade unions.
Article 24 Right to rest & leisure, and paid holidays off.
Article 25 Right to a decent standard of living, including medical, etc. Mothers entitled to special treatment & assistance, regardless of marital status
Article 26 Right to an education.
Article 27 Protection of moral and material interests to scientific, literary or artistic production of which he is an author, and to enjoy the works of others.

Translation - Arabic مادة 1 يولد جميع الناس أحراراً متساوين في الكرامة والحقوق، وقد وهبوا عقلاً وضميراً وعليهم أن يعامل بعضهم بعضاً بروح الإخاء.
مادة 2 تتم معاملة جميع الأشخاص على نحو متساو، دون النظر إلى منشئهم أو من يكونون.
مادة 3 لكل فرد الحق في الحياة والحرية وسلامة شخصه.
مادة 4 لا يجوز استرقاق أو استعباد أي شخص، ويحظر الاسترقاق وتجارة الرقيق بكافة أوضاعهما.
مادة 5 لا يعرض أي إنسان للتعذيب ولا للعقوبات أو المعاملات القاسية أو الوحشية أو الحاطة بالكرامة.
مادة 6 لكل إنسان أينما وجد الحق في أن يعترف بشخصيته أمام القانون.
مادة 7 كل الناس سواسية أمام القانون ولهم الحق في التمتع بحماية متكافئة عنه دون أية تفرقة.
مادة 8 لكل شخص الحق في أن يلجأ إلى المحاكم الوطنية لإنصافه عن أعمال فيها اعتداء على الحقوق الأساسية التي يمنحها له الدستور أو القانون.
مادة 9 لا يجوز القبض على أي إنسان أو حجزه أو نفيه تعسفاً.
مادة 10 يحق لكل شخص الحصول على محاكمة عادلة وعلنية فيما يتعلق بالحقوق والالتزامات والتهم الجنائية الأخرى.
مادة 11 كل شخص متهم بجريمة يعتبر بريئاً إلى أن تثبت إدانته قانوناً بمحاكمة عادلة وعلنية. فإن ثبتت إدانته، يجب أن تتفق العقوبة مع حجم الجريمة المرتكبة.
مادة 12 لكل إنسان الحق في الخصوصية والحماية من تشويه سمعته، كما ينبغي أن يحميه القانون من ذلك.
مادة 13 لكل فرد حرية التنقل واختيار محل إقامته داخل وخارج حدود كل دولة. وكذلك الحق في اللجوء السياسي هرباً من الاضطهاد، باستثناء مرتكبي الجرائم الجنائية أو أية الأعمال المناقضة لميثاق الأمم المتحدة.
مادة 15 الحق في التمتع بجنسية ما، والحق في تغييرها الجنسية.
مادة 16 الحق في التزوج وتأسيس أسرة، ولا يبرم عقد الزواج إلا برضى الطرفين الراغبين في الزواج رضى كاملاً لا إكراه فيه.
مادة 17 الحق في الملكية الفردية. ولا يجوز تجريد أحد من الحق تعسفاً.
مادة 18 الحق في حرية الدين.
مادة 19 لكل شخص الحق في حرية الرأي والتعبير، وكذلك الحق في استقاء الأنباء والأفكار وتلقيها وإذاعتها بأية وسيلة كانت دون تقيد بالحدود الجغرافية.
مادة 20 حرية الاشتراك في الجمعيات والجماعات السلمية، كما لا يجوز إرغام أحد على الانضمام إلى جمعية ما.
مادة 21 إرادة الشعب هي مصدر سلطة الحكومة، ويعبر عن هذه الإرادة من خلال الانتخابات.
مادة 22 حق الفرد في الأمن الاجتماعي بما في ذلك الحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والتربوية التي لا غنى عنها لكرامته وللنمو الحر لشخصيته.
مادة 23 لكل شخص الحق في العمل والحماية من البطالة وكذلك الحق في الانضمام إلى النقابات المهنية.
مادة 24 لكل شخص الحق في الراحة، وفي أوقات الفراغ، وفي عطلات دورية بأجر.
مادة 25 لكل شخص الحق في مستوى كاف من المعيشة، بما في ذلك الرعاية الصحية، الخ. وللأمهات الحق في مساعدة ورعاية خاصتين، بغض النظر عن حالاتهن الاجتماعية(متزوجات أم لا).
مادة 26 لكل شخص الحق في التعلم.
مادة 27 لكل فرد الحق في حماية المصالح الأدبية والمادية المترتبة على إنتاجه العلمي أو الأدبي أو الفني، والحق التمتع بنتاج الآخرين.
مادة 28 لكل فرد الحق في التمتع بنظام دولي تتحقق بمقتضاه الحقوق والحريات المذكورة تحققاً تاما.
مادة 29 هناك واجب مفروض على كل فرد لتطبيق هذه الحقوق. ( 2 ) يخضع الفرد في ممارسة حقوقه وحرياته لتلك القيود التي يقررها القانون فقط، لضمان الاعتراف بحقوق الغير وحرياته واحترامها ولتحقيق المقتضيات العادلة للنظام العام والمصلحة العامة والأخلاق في مجتمع ديمقراطي. ( 3 ) لا يصح بحال من الأحوال أن تمارس هذه الحقوق ممارسة تتناقض مع أغراض الأمم المتحدة ومبادئها.

I quote my rates depending on the following criteria:
1. Technicality (Difficulty) of text.
2. Volume of Words.
3. Deadline Suitability.
Each project has its own nature. Therefore, it is impossible to have a fixed rate at all times! Once you have a definite project, please send me the complete details and I will provide you with a quote immediately. Normally I charge pre source word, but sometimes for jobs that require linguistic checkups, I charge per hour. In all cases, I shall try my best to meet your budget on any given project.
For DTP, I charge per page, depending on the page size and how heavy the page is formatted.
For small jobs, there is a minimum charge on any given job, no matter how small. I accept wire-transfer payments to my bank account (details shall be given in due time). I also accept Moneybookers payments.

I have over 18 years of extensive experience in delivering Arabic Language Translation Related Services. Due to NDAs and Confidentiality Agreements signed with all of my clients, I shall not be able to provide detailed information about the projects I have handled, and I believe this is something that all clients tend to respect. Only amateur and non professional translators tend to reveal the projects they have taken part in, even though this is something against the law and binding sub contractual agreements. The best way to know the promptness of my services and quality of my work is to request a list of reference names which should really give you enough insight.
Nevertheless, here are some of my general achievements over the past 18 years.
1. Extensive expertise in the fields of finance, legal contracts, medical documentation, investment and banking, marketing, technical documentation no matter what the subject is, software and hardware documentation, software and website localization, food industry and airline menus, etc, to name a few.
2. Creation and testing of scores of online help systems (RTF & HTML).
3. QA and bug fixing for giant localization and translation projects.
4. Project management and administration of translation teams in numerous translation and localization projects.
5. Beta Testing of many giant applications such as TRADOS 5.
6. Translation and Publishing of the Olympic Charter produced by the International Olympic Committee.
7. Performing DTP of hundreds of manuals, booklets, brochures, leaflets, magazines, newsletters, and books.
8. Localization of dozens of major websites into Arabic language, in addition to designing static and dynamic sites from scratch.
9. More than 500 HRS of Simultaneous Interpretation in different major symposia, conferences, forums and workshops.
10. Many Consecutive Interpretation tasks at refresher courses, Olympic Solidarity courses, sports medicine courses, etc.
11. Becoming the Authorized Arabic Language Vendor for major translation agencies worldwide. Teaching computer and translation applications such as TRADOS 5, Office 2007 and HTML language, to name a few.
12. Authoring of different multimedia CDs, including the Olympic Directly (Database of Olympic and Sports Organizations all over the world).
13. Certifying translations done by other professional translators.
14. Performing language quality assurance (“Language QA”) sample checks and provide QA feedback to my clients.
