Where:

ProZ.com seeks a multi-talented person to perform full-time Customer Assistance and Support activities from its Syracuse office.

The job includes:

• establishing and maintaining good relationships with language service professionals and outsourcers
• encouraging the use of the existing features of the site
• testing functionality of new website features
• detecting, creating and delivering solutions for the community's needs
• promotion of ProZ.com events
• processing of support requests

We require:

• good communication skills
• proficiency in spoken and written English (ability in other languages a plus)
• ability to work in teams
• market vision, strategic thinking and a desire for new challenges
• accounting and sales skills a plus
