All representations, warranties, covenants, and obligations in this Agreement and any other certificate or document delivered pursuant to this Agreement will survive the Closing. The wind-cooling device has poor cooling effect but huge electric consumption while the water-cooling device discharges the heat into the atmosphere through cooling tower, the more heat discharged, the more water dissipated. By the end of 1980’s, a great number of hotels were built in China with an increased number of central air conditioning system installed. The environmental scientists had noticed the demand for conditioned air and hot water by the hotels and started the upsurge of research and development on producing hot water with the waste heat from central air conditioning system. After more than ten years’ continuous development and improvement, the technology of producing hot water with the waste heat from central air conditioning system had been used extensively in South China. 5.3 Equipment and Technology for Absorption Refrigeration The absorption refrigerating equipment had been put into use for dozens of years and its refrigerating power comes mainly from thermal energy with lithium bromide as the absorbent and water as the evaporant. Due to the late maturity of solar energy heat collection technology, most of the large commercial equipment utilizes the waste heat from fuel boilers or hot industry for producing thermal energy. At the end of 1990’s, both domestic and international environmental scientists noticed that the seasonal adaptability of combining solar energy utilization technology with absorption refrigerating technology, that is in hot summer when the solar radiant energy is the strongest, there is reduced demand for hot water while increased demand for conditioned air, so the surplus of solar radiant energy can be used for refrigerating to reduce part of the costs of air conditioning; and in cold winter when there is reduced demand for conditioned air, so the surplus of solar radiant energy can be used to produce hot water. Therefore, the absorption refrigerating technology, once driven out of the market by mechanical refrigerating technology, can be utilized again.

FMC control of the AFDS occurs when the LNAV and/or VNAV modes are engaged. Normally, the AFDS and autothrottle are controlled automatically by the FMC to perform climb, cruise, descent, and approach flight path guidance. 6 FMA's Narrator Text = There is a Flight Mode Annunciator (FMA) on top of each PFD. The FMA displays the operating modes for the autothrottle, and the AFDS roll and pitch modes. The AFDS communicates to the pilot through the FMA. With the autothrottle off, the autothrottle display is blank. With both the Flight Directors off and the Autopilot disengaged, the roll and pitch displays are blank. 13 Fly By Wire Narrator Text = In a "fly-by-wire" aircraft, there is no natural feedback to the flight controls in the flight deck. Therefore, a false feel (or backdrive) is generated to give the pilots the expected feedback. The PFCs send backdrive commands to the AFDCs to operate the backdrive actuators. The backdrive actuators move the control columns, control wheels and rudder pedals to a position that represents the autopilot command. 16 2 Backdrive Actrs Normally Op. Narrator Text = With either autopilot switch selected ON and the aircraft not in the APP mode, all three autopilot channels are engaged however, only the left or right autpilot actually control the aircraft. In this case, only 2 backdrive actuators (column and wheel) operate for the controlling autopilot (left or right) however, the other column and wheel will move at the same time through a mechanical connection between the two units.
