Over the last 18 years of my 3-d hobby, the momentum and techniques had been accumulated into writing this book
Glorious 3-d photography could be professional that requires good composition, harmony, lighting, sync. etc.
This is the16th year of my 3-d experience. I had taken over 300G pictures in early days - via twin Pentax 35mm SLRs.
It was an exhausting operation to process film pictures in those days.
We're lucky being able to excel the performance, efficiency and economy while stepping into digital world.
I wish to thank my family for their support to this project, and my friends and colleague for previewing and coherent suggestions which reminded me of the path to the ultra.
Staying in an unique edge, I have met with many wonderful persons who discussed and
shared experience.
Some provided private tours in the museums, others gave me ideas and good directions for the next trip.
They made me grown richer and deeper - when I proceed, I have more of a self to present from.
The theory of color anaglyph 3-d is simple - only red (left) and exclude red (right). Blending is a chemical reaction.
I have designed several computer programs including pair/filter/blend and position/rotation/crop/re-blend.
Nevertheless, virtuality is an unruly emotion, spirit is forever - I'm still trying to maximize the life of a special moment thru. Better photography, presentation and programming techniques.

What will you observe immediately?
You will have yellow-green urine. This is due to the over supply of Vitamin B2 and Vitamin C. It is important to have an over supply so that you know your body is fully protected by these antioxidants and so excess is passed out via your urine. On stressful days or in a polluted environment, your body uses up the vitamins quickly and in larger quantities and your urine will be less yellow-green. So, when you urinate next time round, hope for very yellow-green urine because it means you are well protected.
Why do I feel some discomforts (e.g. diarrhea, stomach upset)?
The body is adjusting to the sudden introduction of good nutrients. Personally, I believe it is some
detoxification and healing process taking place. Carry on with Essentials but you may wish to reduce the dosage till the body can take it better. This can be likened to someone who has not exercised for ages and then suddenly start to exercise again. The body may ache and the person feels breathless etc. But this does not mean that exercise is not good for that person and that person should stop exercising. The person just
got to adjust the intensity of the exercise until the body can adapt better.
What is ¡°The Essentials Dilemma¡±?
For those people who felt some discomforts, they say, ¡°Essentials is not for me¡±. For those people who are well and fine, they say, ¡°Essentials don¡¯t work for me.¡± The fact is that Dr Myron Wentz designs Essentials to achieve long-term optimum health and to prevent degenerative disease. However, some people do experience immediate benefits from taking Essentials and their stories created much expectation for those who are starting Essentials. Will I overdose by taking Essentials 3 times a day?
Toxicities of vitamins and minerals have been fairly well studied, and USANA has considered this information on the formulation of all of our supplements. It is well known that chronic intakes of vitamins and minerals well over the LOAEL (Lowest Observed Adverse Effect Level) can cause health problems, but the amounts of vitamins and minerals found in the USANA products do not come close to those levels. Our products are designed to enhance people's health - not to be detrimental to it. Take 3 times a day to achieve optimal health!
When should I take Essentials?
Take after your food, preferably immediately after your meal. Drink at least 8 glasses of water. Taking the Essentials already helps you to consume 3 glasses. So, you just need another 5 glasses throughout the day. If you are on western medication, take them 10 minutes after Essentials. Some people asked, ¡°Can I take Essentials with medication?¡± Remember, Essentials is food supplement ¨C it is food. So, unless the doctor says that you cannot take broccoli or carrot or tomato after medication, there are no concerns.
How do I swallow these BIG pills?
Put the pills into your mouth and take a mouthful of water. Tilt your head back (look at the ceiling) to allow¡¡the pills to move near the throat. Here¡¯s the trick. Return the head to a normal position looking straight¡¡ahead. Then, think of swallowing the water (not the pills), and swallow normally¡£
