Map of Oxford city center and Colleges
St Hugh's College (point 35 on the map), is located at about 12-15 minutes walking distance from the High Street and from Oxford's commercial center (the area marked in pink on the map).

Click on the red dots to see different views of the college grounds and buildings. The Maplethorpe Conference Hall is the elongated building in the middle of the College grounds.
The main entrance of the College is on the North side. The Conference Hall can be accessed from the entrance in Canterbury Road (South side).

Early booking: A discount is available to all participants booking before the 20th August. Also, a further discount is granted to all Platinum members (including Partial Platinum).
The two discounts (Platinum and Early booking) can be cumulated.
News: Early booking has been extended to 15th October!!
Special offer: all members participating to the event can purchase a special bundle Convention+Platinum membership at a discounted price and participate to the event with the discount for Platinum members.
VAT: to all participants based in the EU will be added VAT at 17.5% (UK rate).
UK residents: All members resident in the UK are asked to pay via UK bank transfer or send a UK cheque via mail. These two systems are convenient as they are free from any bank charges.
