Graduate of Technical University of Szczecin (Politechnika Szczecińska), where he successfully defended his Ph.D. thesis in early 2008.
Active member of localization community, keen on being up-to-date with latest translation technologies and standards. Agenor worked as localization engineer, loc engineer coordinator, and later as project manager on complex localization projects with large group of translators and proofreaders throughout the country. He is also experienced in conducting management and workflow trainings for public institutions, banks and translation companies. Mad about playing his guitars :>

In 1989 he cofounded MAGIT and in the early years was responsible for software development and project management.
Since 1995 he is the manager of MAGIT's localization and translation department, which focuses on projects for clients from IT, telecommunication, medical devices and multimedia areas.
In 2001/2 Grzegorz was involved in activities which ultimately led to forming GALA association and MAGIT is one of its founders.
