Travel Information

If you plan to use any form of public transport (bus, DLR, tube, river taxi, overground trains etc) during your time in London, the best thing to do is to get an Oyster card in any Tube station as soon as you arrive. The card itself doesn't cost you anything and you can top it up with funds to cover your travel through the city. Travelling with an Oyster card is much cheaper than buying normal tickets and saves you time as well. If you don't plan to return to London after your trip, simply take your Oyster card back to a tube station and exchange it for the money you have left on it!

Public Transport

The Tube is normally by far the easiest way to get around London and to the venue. Use the widget below to plan your journey to the event. Simply enter your starting location and click search. Select the option you prefer on the next screen and follow the directions that appear.

Journey Planner

The tube stations closest to the venue are Old Street (Northern Line), Moorgate (Northern, Circle, Hammersmith & City and Metropolitan Lines), Liverpool Street (Central, CircleHammersmith & City and Metropolitan Lines) and Barbican (CircleHammersmith & City and Metropolitan Lines).

Please note that there are often closures on weekends, so it is important that you check the Journey Planner close to the time of travel (on the day or the day before) to select the best route. If your tube line is closed, there will normally be a replacement bus service instead.

Taxi

You can hail one of London's famous black cabs on the street and ask the driver to take you to Bonhill Street. Taxis are expensive and even a short journey can easily cost £15-20.

Train

If you're travelling to London by train, you will arrive in central London and there is normally a Tube station at the same location. Simply follow the Public Transport instructions above to reach your destination.

Flights

There are several airports in and around London. The main ones are Heathrow, Stanstead, Gatwick, Luton and City Airport. Simply click your airport of arrival for directions into central London.
