What is this event about?

In this workshop, we show you how you can improve your communication skills, become a more effective negotiator and discuss building more productive relationships with your clients and customers.

When you attend the event, you will learn how to:

  • Understand the psychology of interpersonal communication & negotiations
  • Establish instant rapport with other people
  • Improve the effectiveness of your verbal and non-verbal communication
  • Present a clear, consistent and professional image
  • Increase your rates without losing clients
  • Negotiate with confidence and style
  • Handle emotion and use it to your advantage
  • Elegantly gather information about your clients and their requirements
  • Deal with challenging clients and resolve disagreements
  • Ensure that you are respected and valued by your clients

The workshop is a highly practical, interactive and experiential event. Instead of presenting scientific theories and dry marketing talk, our engaging trainers create a stimulating learning environment where you can learn how rather than learning about.

Is this for me?

If you are an experienced or aspiring freelancer,  this is for you  if you want to:

  • Earn more
  • Increase your rates
  • Boost your confidence in negotiations
  • Become a more effective communicator
  • Learn how to read people face-to-face and over the phone
  • Build on your current  achievements
  • Take your business to the next level
  • Enjoy your work more
