Overview
The VersaView terminal is used to start up the system and monitor equipment operation. The VersaView terminal used on this system is equipped with touch screens. Directly touching the display initiates equipment and diagnostic functions. Located on the VersaView faceplate are the push buttons, selector switches, and indicators that are used for equipment operation. The VersaView also performs continuous tests for fault conditions when it is communicating on-line with the programmable logic controller (PLC).
