Do you think
Balance of power , Counter balance of power , are more commonly ?

i read it alot in newspapers and in speeches of some writers and Professors of Political science college

For me, I think that the closer translation for this term is Correlation of Forces, because as you know, قوى is plural, so the English term should correspond with the Arabic in plurality aspect.
