I am sure if somebody put his/her mind to it, they could come up with a corresponding system in Arabic letters, but so far (to my knowledge) this has not happened. Until such a system is established and widely accepted, attampting to "translate" such codes on your own would be useless. You need to keep them in their Latin letters.
Explain to your client that these are universal codes, not words.

Assalam Alaikom,
No, you don't have to, as these are codes to which some files refer to. Also AG, EG, SA etc.. are considered the identifiers that guide the system ti install/install, encode/decode the letters displayed on the computer whether it is web or application based.

I am sorry Redha but the FIPS code for Algeria is (AG), The (DZ) you are talking about is called the Iso Code check out http://www.statoids.com/udz.html
