Font problem

One of my clients sent me an email telling me that when he tried to copy and paste the arabic document on a freehand sofware on MAC, all the characters turned into question marks, what is the solution to this problem? is there any font that they should download? Thanks

Copy & Paste does not work on mac unless the applications can work on arabic.
The best solution for non ME users is Arabic genie the fonts will come with the installation.
