Hi
Happy Holidays to everyone
does anyone know how you can use the keyboard to type Arabic numbers instead of going to insert symbols and inserting Arabic numbers ?
I know how to change the Keyboard into Arabic and i know how to use the Arabic system just not the Arabic Numbers.
thanks for the help in advance

Hi dmoamin!

Go to Tools > Options > click on the "Complex scripts" tab, then under General: Numeral select "Context".
That way, numbers will appear Hindi (i.e. Arabic) when you're writing Arabic and Arabic (i.e. English) when you're writing English (as you probably know these numbers "1,2,3" are called Arabic numerals).

These instructions apply for MS Office Dec 28, 2006

Yes, Nesrin answered that but I would like to remind people out there who might be wondering whether it's in the control panel or elsewhere..it's in the MS Word.
