Hello everyone!

A potential client has offered to pay via WebMoney. I'm pretty much in the beginning stages here, and I am willing to get connected to things that will help my business, but I'm wary about financial aspects that seem to be more "virtual" than cold, hard cash.
In any case, this seems to be the direction in which the market is moving.
If anyone here has had any personal experience with Webmoney in particular and/or e-transfers in general, I would really appreciate your input!

I use this system more then 3 years. This is very reliable and handy system (for me, of course): I can see money on my account during to a few minutes after sending of work to customer and can use this system for various payments - Internet, mobile phone, utilities etc. (with additional discounts by the way).
But this system based in Russia and neighbour countries mostly and its services designed for this region first of all. If you want to transfer your money on other form - it is necessary to take an additional information. I know about transferes to e-Gold (I use it) and Moneybooker. You can visit site www.wmtransfer.com (this is english version)or www.webmoney.ru (Russian version)

thanks for posting your experience. so far, i really haven't heard anything negative at all about it.
i do have one specific question, though -- can money be transferred to non-Russian bank accounts? this would be ideal -- or does this require a verified merchant account with webmoney?
i have been all up and down their English and Russian sites in search of something like a user's manual or consumer guide, but mostly I am just finding little snippets of information that sort of just gloss over the details.
