Hello!
I am about to re-design my homepage and I remember that people have talked about sample T&C's. It's time to develop my own set - can anyone please tell me where I can find the samples - in English or German.

Have a look at ITI's website www.iti.org.uk. Go to "publications" and a list comes up. #19 is the recommended model general terms of business for commissioned translation work.

Should someone recommend a more specific contract for interpreting work, could you please keep me posted as well.
