Hello all

I am a French freelance translator and I always wondered if the best or easiest way to get work from an agency was to send a CV to a brand new one, looking (desperately) for translators. Does it make any sense??? And is it possible to find the just-created translation agencies? The problem is that you can't know if they are good payers as they are new

To make them come to you, you need to establish a presence on the Internet, by entering your information at sites such as Proz, Aquarius, TransRef etc. It may also be a good idea to join a translators' association, e.g. a French one.
