Hi,
How would you describe the sound of a bell in Bengali? toong-toong (টুং-টুং) or toong-taang (টুং-টাং)? Or anything else?
Thanks in advance for any input! | | | | keshab India Local time: 02:16

Both toong-toong (টুং-টুং) or toong-taang (টুং-টাং) are correct for tinny sound. But the first one represents the tinniest sound like গেলাসে চামচ দিয়ে টুং টুং করে আওয়াজ করা। The second one is better for a bell and it also represents sweet sound.
ঘন্টাটা টুং টাং করে বেজে উঠল
