kako to ide sa tumacima na sudu u Bosni? Je li ga drzava obezbjedi, ili je li ga stranke moraju platiti same? Ima li centralni spisak tumaca, ili je li svaki sud vodi svoj spisak?

Zdravo,
Koliko znam, najcesce sud dodjeljuje/imenuje sudskog tumaca ako neka stranka ne razumije sluzbene jezike suda (B/H/S), mada ima slucajeva i kad advokati sami kontaktiraju tumace radi prevoda. Spisak tumaca postoji po kantonima (barem u Federaciji BiH) i moze se naci u sudu.

meni je dosad uvijek placao sud, tuzilastvo itd. (odnosno ja sam njima dostavljao troskovnik i od njih primao uplate), mada je lako moguce da sud na kraju troskove prevoda ispostavi jednoj od stranaka kao dio troskova postupka...
