People baptize me all the time, calling me Victoria. I'm not even baptized otherwise! And also Virginie and Valérie (I'm surrounded by francophones here). I posted a thread recently and all the posters called me Viktoria with a K. I felt great, because that just never happens. But it's OK, I'm used to it.
And for the record, I didn't reply to the initial short post about 'ticking off' because, well, I am not the kind to tick people off (second definition) for matters that are irrelevant, unless they are rude (in this case, the post was sufficiently polite). I prefer to leave the ticking off (second definition) to others - it somehow makes it so much more fun! Mwahahahahahahah!
