What a great feature!!! Apr 6, 2002

Ciao Laura, I was just able to transfer an amount. What you do is the following:

go to the profile of the person to whom you want to pay some money

click on \"transfer...\"

enter the amount

and VOILA\' it is done.

Henry, this is simply great! thank you

Great feature! Apr 6, 2002

Thank you, Henry, this is a really great tool. It also provides a welcome alternative to PayPal (especially because clients can make payments without, in some cases, being put off by the fact that they have to register first).

There is something I still don\'t understand... Do fees apply both to the sender and to the receiver???

well said - click on transfer. And if there is no \"transfer\"?

i.e. on my side (for example) there is nothing like \"transfer\".

fees Apr 7, 2002

A fee of 5% is taken from the money transferred. So if you send $1.00 for someone else, $0.95 goes to the recipient\'s account, and $0.05 is taken as a fee.

In addition, depending on the method of deposit/transfer, there may be additional fees. For example, if deposit is made by credit card, an additonal 2% will be taken to cover the fee charged to by the credit card clearing company. If deposit is made by wire transfer, $10 is taken to cover the fee that will be charged by the banks upon arrival of the funds. So if you deposit $100 to someone else\'s wallet, using wire transfer payment, $85 will go to that wallet, $5 will be charged by, and $10 will be paid in bank fees.

You may wonder why it has been possible in some cases to deposit $60 to your wallet by credit card or wire transfer and have the full $60 appear. The answer is that until now, any fees have been absorbed by Obviously, in the case of transfers between parties, can not absorb the fees.
