This is good news - but remember you still need a contract May 21, 2002

This directive applies to payments that are made after the cotractual payment date. That means this directive only helps you if you agree to, and contract to, payment by a certain date.

Send your clients a contract!

Practice and Theory May 21, 2002

The Community authorities are laudible for the fairness and nobility of their directives to others, but if, like my wife, you have the good or indifferent fortune to take part in projects that are covered by EU funding, you can be sure that you won\'t be paid a single eurocent before an absolute minimum of twelve (12) months have passed after the end of the work.
