Proz contributions to individuals!
1. Increased translators' self-confidence and standard by giving them international oppurtunities. Raised hopes of translators!
2. Gave name and fame to translation business.
3. For this, the translation websites like proz must be applauded!

Meanwhile, I'm benefitted by proz in the sense of monetary gains a bit, but self-confidence a lot! It gave me an oppurtunity to run an extra income generation and pass my extra time productive... See more

It has increased speed of mutual coordination and cooperation between translators/agencies/outsourcers.
