I got yesterda a mail form one of my customers asking me to quot thr translations of PROMPTS (these are the phrases we hear when calling a Customer Service line or a Hotline).
Does anyone have experience with this type of job? I would like to know which the standars are (normal translation price + voicing / different rate). There can be two different possibilities: I get the scrip and need to translate it and record it with voice, or I get the PROMPTS and need to transcript them and so on.
I appreciate any help you can offer me.
