Just wanted to know how a transaction takes place through 'Paypal".
What are the necessary things to be done in order to get Foreign Currency through "Paypal".

Which is the best and easiest way to receive payments from abroad?

I use it all the time Jan 30, 2007

Good morning, Georgina,

I use Paypal more and more these days. It hasn´t really been a personal choice, but I have noticed that companies and agencies pay faster when allowed to use Paypal.
As I live in Spain (meaning the bank charges surely differ from other countries), I have noticed I lose less money when my transfers are done through Paypal.
Not only that, I was surprised one day to find that Paypal sent me funds even before the company had sent them to Paypal, so Paypal claimed the funds on my behalf.
All you have to do is go to their website and check their fees in all situations.
If you think they´re reasonable, then register with them.
I believe you have two choices of account, one more expensive than the other.
Check what they both offer you.
I hope this helps.

Regards and good luck
