Hi,
Unfortunately, it looks likely that I will have to make a small claim against a France based customer. I am based in Spain. Please could somebody remind me of the EU small claims procedure that is applicable across the EU. The amount owed is under 300 euros.
Thanks,
Jason.

Does that exist? Feb 29, 2008

Is there an EU-wide small claims procedure? If so, I'm interested to hear about that!

For collecting in France, you can do an "injonction de payer" online, but might be a bit expensive (38€) for the amount you need to collect.
