With the help of above answers I found a workaround to export the content of the entire TM with the software you probably already have.
It can be time consuming but it works as a charm.
Read it at http://www.vertaalt.nu/blog/export-idiom-tm/

Too many steps.

I prefer Xbenbch 2.9, which is FREE.
It opens WSTMs directly and exports the content to TMX.

Actually, straight routes are sometimes really shorter.

Hi Sergei,

That worked pretty good!
I was not aware of it and after I found your reply it took some time to find the actual workflow.
I don't need it often, but it is very helpful to know this.
I also noted the process at http://www.vertaalt.nu/blog/export-idiom-tm-xbench/

Kind regards,

Pieter

Well, the way Sergei suggested works seamlessly.

Opening it in XBench, then Tools > Export items, under Output, go to Format, select TMX, if needed, select source and target language, then OK, and it goes.

Perfect!

I tried all the CATs I have to do this job, and this is by far the easiest way.
A real piece of cake!

Sorry for the long title - it maybe helps others in need to
