Too many steps.
I prefer Xbenbch 2.9, which is FREE. It opens WSTMs directly and exports the content to TMX.
Actually, straight routes are sometimes really shorter.

Well, the way Sergei suggested works seamlessly.
Opening it in XBench, then Tools > Export items, under Output, go to Format, select TMX, if needed, select source and target language, then OK, and it goes.
Perfect!
I tried all the CATs I have to do this job, and this is by far the easiest way. A real piece of cake!
