Status "OK" of Trados segments

Dear friends,
I have translated a big manual and now I am inserting the validator corrections in the RTF files. I am going to update the TM with the corrected segments and I would like to assign to such segments the status of "OK" (i.e. approved) so that in the future I will be able to recognize such segments. How do you do it?

Two-step procedure (before cleaning) Jun 12, 2003

If the Status field does not exist (if it does, skip to 2):

1) Open File menu > Setup... > Fields tab.
In this tab you can create the new field (a text field is easier to manage) and click OK.

2) Open Settings menu > Project and Filter Settings > Project setting tab.
Select the field and enter the value "OK" in the Text Field Content box. Click OK.

When cleaning your file, the TUs stored in the TM will be marked with the attribute(s) selected.... See more
