100 % match in Trados shows zero

All of a sudden, the translated segments do not show up in green but remain in yellow even though the match is 100 %.
The little purple number that used to say 100 now says 98 or 0.
Will it still clean up OK, is there a setting I can adjust or what do I do?

Hi Anette,
Which version of Trados do you use? Does this occor in Word and/or TagEditor?

Is there a message on the status bar at the very bottom of your Workbench window?

Have you checked filters and/or penalty settings in your TM?

Could be many things...

Hi Ralf,

I use Trados 5.5, it occurs in Word. The message says Exact match -2% attributes, filter new.
As far as I know I have not touched the filters and penalties.
