TRADOS 7 Freelance: not allowed to restore the Workbench window

Hi everyone,
I have a problem with Translator's Workbench and I would really appreciate that someone could help me.
It is a simple one: I am not allowed to restore the Workbench window and the only thing I can do is maximizing it or have it minimized.
For me this is kind of a hassle since I usually translate with TMs, Workbench open in the upper part of my screen and Tag Editor or Word in the main part.

Is the above menu option selected in Workbench, in the View menu?

That option was not selected but I have tried to select then and see what happens but I get the same problem again.
Don't know what to do...

Go to Start, All programms -> SDL International -> Trados -> Translator's Workbench, right click it, than select Properties and under Launch select Normal window.
