Translation Workspace Tools: cannot clean file and run LBT

I just downloaded the newest version of Lionbridge's Translation Workspace Tools and XLIFF Editor, and use them to translate the XLZ file they provide. The PM says I need to priovide both clean and unclean file, and the LBT report. However, after I ran the "clean to target language" tool and the "QA tools", I cannot find any new document created in my computer. I even couldn't add the translated file to the "QA tool" window. Does anyone know what's wrong?
