For reasons I fail to understand, ProZ does not list Deja Vu in the comparison chart (see Andrzej's link). Deja Vu does handle Access files.

I do have DVX but dont know how to convert the file. I tried and DVX seems to stop.

At what point of the import does DVX stop? Is there an error message?
BTW for problems with DVX or for general question about DVX, you may want to try http://groups.yahoo.com/group/dejavu-l/messages . You'll find quite a few experts (including Atril staff) participating on this list.

You may need to have Access installed on your system.
If the Access database is big, it may take time to import it.
Depending on the complexity of the Access database, it may be difficult to select what tables to import.
