我办了一个中国银行的长城国际卡（美元单币卡）。
昨天提交验证，告诉我没通过，说要24小时后再试。今天又试，还是没通过。
走到某一步，有一个提示：
Your card is enrolled for the "Verified by Visa" program. This means that you have been issued a password to secure your online payments with this card.
We will now redirect you to the verification system of Visa to complete this payment.
提交验证后，结果如下：
3.09 USD could not be uploaded by credit/debit card
估计是怎么回事呢？

别再试了。通过地址验证大约2周可以收到验证信。:)

不过人终究是贪得无厌的种族:)。希望能把额度再提高一些。
"大陆中行卡不能验证"，意思是不是说大陆有其它某行的卡可以通过验证？

通过验证后，唯一的变化是信用卡的充值极限从零变成XY，对外付费方便了。即使没有通过验证，还是可以添加信用卡账户并通过信用卡来收钱的。
据我所知，好像大陆的信用卡都不能验证MB，不知是怎么回事？

请问你们的地址验证是怎么验证的！还有可不可以不要地址验证，直接用信用卡验证啊！谢谢！

提供一个可以收到邮件（平信）的地址，然后提交验证，过些天自己去查邮件即可。我提交的是英文地址，Moneybookers在中国的代理从江苏某个地方寄了张明信片给我，他们把地址准确翻译成了中文，只三天就收到了。然后在Moneybookers帐号里填入明信片上印的验证码，即可通过验证。

Following up on your e - mail message, we would like to confirm that the Post Address Verification Letter containing the code needed to address verify your account was sent on 15/02/08.

In order to have us do that, you are kindly asked to provide us with the following document:
- a scanned copy of Bank Statement or paper Utility Bill under your name on which we will be able to clearly see the address on which you currently live (this may be a phone, electricity, or water bill you have received within the last three months).
You should upload the requested document to our messaging interface. Please go to the 'Contact' section of your account at moneybookers.com and proceed as follows: 'Email Support' > 'Account/Security' > 'You have requested information and/or documents from me'. Please make sure that you insert your correct Ticket Number in the field provided (please use the Ticket Number that you see in the subject line). ▲ Collapse
