Hi,
Could somebody type in Chinese characters what's written in the image? It should be the name of a hospital in China. The two characters in the bottom are the name of a person.

This is written in the from of Traditional Chinese (or Japanese):
Upper: Beijing Tiantan Hospital (literally)
Lower: This might be a signature from Japanese: Hashimoto
