Hi,colleagues:
前几天我收到客户通过PayPal寄的稿费，但由于我没有VISA、Master卡或美国银行帐号，我始终无法在PayPal上完成接受程序。我生活的地方距有美国银行分行的北京、上海非常远，而本地银行告诉我办理VISA、Master等卡需要许多证明材料且要排很久的队。今天PayPal来信催我接受这笔稿费，否则他们将在一个月之后将此款退回汇款人，我该如何办是好？切盼国内有PayPal经验的同事帮助，在此先谢了！ Yan Li.

一个问题：PayPal网页上用于输入信用卡的卡号的地方仅能输入Visa卡或其它国外信用卡的卡号，怎样输入工商银行国际借记卡的卡号？

楼上的几位前辈，请问你们确实用工行的国际信用卡收过钱吗？我曾发信给Paypal客户服务中心询问帐户事宜，他们回复说中国大陆银行帐户还不能关联Paypal帐户，这是怎么回事？难道是他们不清楚咱中国的国际信用卡已经可以用了吗？

Well, Stonejohn, I couldn't read it. Only the title. But when I came to write this message, I could read it perfectly...maybe if others have this problem, just try opening the 'reply with quote' box and you can read it, no problems.

借記卡好象都不支持，我用招行Master Card金卡（借記卡），在網上根本不能作為Master Card來用。
另外，Paypal不支持大陸銀行存取，Paypal明白指出：
