我有一个paypal帐户，但paypal不能用中国国内的银行帐户提款。我查过Paypal说明，中国人只能用美国银行的帐户提款，可我不知道中国人能不能开美国银行帐户。哪位能指点一二：没有美国国籍能不能在美国银行开户，如果能，应该怎么开？非常感谢：－）

我想一般不可能，但你可以到美国在中国的分行去试试。

你当时在美国留学的账号没有留下来？

在Paypal的许多问题中，这也是一个主要问题。Paypal还有拒绝提款的习惯。但美国公司却都喜欢用Paypal支付。比银行方便经济。

如果钱数不多，可以在EBAY这样的网站采购用。不过请当心，EBAY没有任何保险措施，所以骗子不少。

在美国的同行也许有更多的信息。

但你从香港账号出款时，无论数额，都要100至200HK$手续费吧？

Following is the reply from Paypal. I got it on Jan. 31, 2005

Now You Can Withdraw Funds From Your PayPal Account

You're now able to withdraw money from your PayPal account! That means greater control to manage your PayPal funds. All you need to do is request a check from PayPal.

Log in to your PayPal account


Click the Withdraw sub tab


Click the Request a Check from PayPal link

Click the Withdraw sub tab


Click the Request a Check from PayPal link


We'll process and mail your check within 4-6 business days. The actual delivery time will depend on your country's local postal service. Once you receive and deposit the check, your funds will be available as soon as it clears with your bank.*
