Dear colleagues,
I will appreciate any suggestion on this matter: one of my husband's colleagues has been working on Taiwan for a few years, his daughter started her schooling there. Then they have moved to Canada, and the parents want her to keep and improve her Chinese. So does the girl, but as a teenager now, she is quite picky on the texts she has to read etc., etc.... She _still_ enjoys playing with the doll houses and she _already_ dances in a modern ballet theatre, so I think the Internet sources on these topics may attract her attention. If anyone could suggest the links to such sites in traditional Chinese, I would appreciate your help very much!

A difficult question to answer... Feb 22, 2005

without knowing her current proficiency. Some metro areas have Chinese schools after-school and on weekends. Sometimes regular schools have Chinese classes. Your friend can also take her to a Chinese bookstore and select those books that are not too difficult and that she is interested in.
